You're smarter than all that. See my 173. That's my point. It doesn't matter whether it's Bill Cosby or Joe Smith or Jane Doe. There has to be some kind of due process here. Otherwise, we just consign ourselves to a society where Jane makes accusations against John, or vice-versa, and we just believe the one that gets the most press. What everyone seems to be advocating here is trial by media.
