Merry Christmas everyone!!
How about a flash player for an Android phone 4.2.2 also?
go to google play store or the galaxy/notes apps and look for flash app
Goto google play store, type in flash, install. Merry Christmas!
I’ve got a Galaxy Mega running Android 4.2.2 and still haven’t figured out how to download videos to it so I’ll be 10:10 listening in.
I have a low data plan. I have an app called NO ROOT FIREWALL, It lets you control access (WiFi and cell) for every program on your phone. Its great for stopping spamware from constantly accessing advertising data. It has saved me money.
You could also download the Dolphin Browser from the play store or Amazon app store. Dolphin is flash enabled and when you visit a flash requiring site the first time, it will prompt a download from Adobe and install it for you. I believe the phone had to be rebooted before it would work though.
Two methods that I know of:
1. Go to Google Play Store and download the Puffin browser. It has built-in Flash Player capabilities. You do have to download one plug-in also that costs $.99. $99 cents.
2. This might be the method you’ll see at some of the Youtube links, but Adobe has archived its older FP versions.

Go down to the Adroid section and you will want to use the most recent one, the one at the top of the Android list.
It might be easiest to open a browser on your Note 3 and do a Google search for: Adobe Flash Player Archive. Go to the archive and down to the Android list and pick the top one, then download and install it.
I’ve used the second method on three different Android devices and it works on all three, up to a Kit Kat 4.4.2 software version.
I have also downloaded the Puffin browser and the 99 cent plug-in, but since I already had the last FP android version installed, I’m not sure which is working when I use the Puffin browser.
You might want to try Puffin first just to see how well it works. It’s a good browser and can display Desktop versions of websites. If Puffin isn’t satisfactory, you could try the first method, or both.
Might as well download a virus to your phone.
If you want to play flash videos, like live streaming. Download Puffin browser. I do have the paid version, and it always works.
I finally settled on switching browser to Dolphin... seems to be working so far (3 weeks)
