It sure does appear that way. Why didn’t these women come out sooner, when they could have put him away and helped any future victim? Bill Cosby or not. It smells fishy, is all I’m saying. Serial rapist or not. Pony up some concrete evidence or he gets away with it. That’s all I care about.
