It seems like a form of moral relativism. It’s not OK to rape, but it is more OK to rape a person who does not conform to my higher moral standards. IOW some women do not deserve concern from the public because of their choice of personal lifestyle. IOW there are multiple levels of society. A higher level consists of people with so-called higher morals and those people deserve more consideration and concern. A lower level consists of people with so-called lower morals and the public should not be concerned about them because of their different, lower morals. The people with the lower morals have not made a good social compact to expect or deserve justice or even compassion— more like derision and suspicion. And oh, by the way, the people with the higher morals get a self-goosie from every time they announce that their morals are so high that they feel comfortable displaying their lack of concern for rape of people whose morals they deem lower than their own.

Yep, and in line with that is another approach some of these posters use, and that is to talk about "the times" as making a little rape more understandable from a rich guy.
