Finally, someone can breathe.
Thank you officer Rivera!
You took action to save a life and you will not be on the front page of every newspaper in the country for possibly saving a life.
Is a citizen giving someone CPR, normally a front page story?
No, and neither are blacks that are killed by other than LEO’s protecting their own lives.
You mean like Zimmerman?
That’s one, why don’t you do some research and quote names of black killings on blacks, there’s thousands to pick from.
Why should I? Do you really want it to be front page news every time we give CPR to someone?
LOL! “We”? Speak for yourself. I believe LEO’s should be given credit where credit is due, if you want to nit pick have at it. G’night.
So you do think it should be front page news every time a citizen gives another CPR.
Personally I think it would destroy the front page, but you are welcome to your opinion.
Nice news. Several in the Ontario PD are members of the Kiwanis and do additional civilian good deeds.
Oh, wow, that has to be one of the funniest quotes! Thanks for the laugh!
You are very kind. Merry Christmas.
Corp. Will Rivera is one that truly deserves this recognition. He would also probably be the first to say he shouldn’t get it and that it’s all part of his job. He was born to be a copper.
As someone who had my life changed by crossing paths with him in my early 20s, my opinion is completely biased-—but still true. Following his advice changed the course of my life.
Thank you Will Rivera for serving your country, keeping the Ontario streets safe and now saving this woman’s life! It’s nice to see that, after 10 years, you are still saving and changing lives. ....Even if you do probably still drive an obnoxious thing you call a car.
