Houston, TX A completely innocent man was shot, tasered, brutally beaten, and had stun grenades thrown at him by vicious and incompetent SWAT officers. Then, those same officers tried to cover up their mistake by charging the victim, Chad Chadwick, with six criminal offenses including felony assault on a police officer.
This incident happened in 2011, but it has taken Chadwick three years and his entire life savings, to finally beat the charges that he was falsely accused of. Last month, a jury found Chad Chadwick not guilty of interfering with police. With tears in their eyes members of the jury offered the exonerated defendant comforting hugs, according to My Fox Houston.

This kind of thing is the reason I can’t get all broken up when cops get shot. They refuse to clean up the scum in their own ranks. Everyone involved in attempting to railroad this guy needs to be run through the system just as harshly as he was.
With that mentality, it's a wonder you make it out your door every day. You're more likely to be accosted by a citizen than a cop ... and you have even less knowledge of when you would be next in that situation.
Agreed. And those "good" cops should be prosecuted along side the ones that committed the crime in this particular incident.
haha. Actually I don’t make it outside my door very often. And bad police are just as likely to attack inside your home.
