There was a small café in Seattle that would make that sandwich for you. Used to be on the menu...now you have to ask.

My mom packed us bologna, ground hot dog with relish and meatloaf sandwiches. When times were tough it was P&J. To this day I still like P&J and milk as a late night snack. I’m 67.
