I read it quickly, the entire article, but I didn’t see anything mentioning Barack Obama. Just ‘leaders’. And I saw zero threats, veiled or otherwise, against those ‘leaders’.
I’m not surprised at all that the judge threw this out.
were I him....I would find an EXCELLENT lawyer,or team of lawyers..,and sue these people until they bleed gold.
its a very bad precedent to ALLOW this sort of treatment..whether a judge throws it our or not.

I think the truth goes a little deeper. This so called “Justice Department” will throw anything they can against their perceived enemies, not necessarily to put them in jail but to send a message to others who may speak out if not kept in check by fear and intimidation. It may blow up in their faces thought. I hope to God it does.
