Microsoft Streets & Trips 2010. Maybe you’re right, but when the second app failed the same way, it led me to conclude it weasn’t the app.

I haven’t solved the issue yet, but I worked around it to provide for the immediate need by purchasing the latest version of Streets & Trips, 2013, and installing it from the downloaded .exe file.

Maybe when Windows 8.2 is released, I can download that to resolve the original issue.

LOL.
