No problem. Logged on to my BofA just fine.

Remember that today is Illegal Alien Appreciation Day at Bank of America. You need to use http://www.banco-de-azatlan. That may be why DNS doesn’t appear to be resolving.

Is is like their servers have vanished.

A guy I know has a brother who works for a company that makes high-capacity servers for the banking industry. The top bullet point on their spec sheet is that they must all be made bombproof.

"Is is like their servers have vanished. No DNS at all."

Most likely the outage had nothing to do with BofA. There are thousands of denial of service attacks made all over the web every day. One of the most common targets are the DNS servers, like Network Solutions. Not only do they take out the DNS server but can also easily overwhelm a switch between you and BofA. Your connection just stops.

Nice to blame the big corporate boogie man that BofA is. BofA frankly is like most big banks and make every mistake dealing with their customers that is possible to make. I been using them for our business' online transactions for years. But I would bet, at least this time, they aren't your Scrooge.
