One of them choosing to be the better man and apologizing would probably correct the situation.
This property is prominent in
Google Street View since it is in the center of a small loop, with the other properties on the outside of the loop. You would never call this a Christmas display from the view you get. It's just junk, really, but it is rather strange. I guess it depends on zoning or something, but you sure couldn't get away with this kind of thing in most suburban neighborhoods.
