Crazy, huh? All the high-density housing in many NW cities are designed to force people onto bus rapid transit, light rail, etc. and encourage biking & alternative transportation.

That includes either severely limiting parking or eliminating it altogether.

It’s more about squeezing more tax base per sq. mile than anything, but the anti-car agenda can’t be ignored.

Except the one across the freeway does have parking.

The one under construction probably does as well.
