My theory is the plane was hijacked, the passengers attempted to take back the plane, a huge fire broke out and everyone was killed (smoke inhallation)
The plane continued until it ran out of fuel.
Those chinese passengers are not going to be easy hijacker targets- Some diaper-heads tried to take over one before and the passengers kicked the crap out of them so bad only one survived.
