It wouldn’t offend anyone to tell a pollack joke.

It just wouldn’t make any sense to infer that they’re stupid. I think that went away just about the time that Lech Walesa kicked the commies out of Poland and Polish John Paul II helped kick the commies out of the rest of Europe.

But they are still good jokes:

Q: What did the Pollack give his wife on their wedding day that was long and hard?

A: His last name.

How many Pollocks does it take to change a lightbulb?

5 - one to hold the bulb and 4 to turn the ladder.

Of course you can change that to blondes and it would get the same laugh.
