if SD wins, they are in. If they fail, it opens the door for BALT. Then:
if BALT wins, they are in. If they fail, it opens the door for BUFF. Then:
if BUFF wins out final 2, they are in. If they fail, it opens the door for HOUS. Then:
if HOUS wins, they are in. If they fail, it opens the door for KC. Then:
KC is in, unless the game was a tie, then it is SD @ 9-6-1.

If Cinn loses out to 9-6-1, two 10-6 teams could get in (of SD-BALT-BUFF).
