Army-Navy game 2014 discussion thread. All comers welcome!
Maybe you know the answer...what exactly is a an anchor yanker?
God bless your father and you.
Great uncle WWI combat vet. My father career Army, and uncle career Navy, both WWII vets. My oldest brother and I Navy, middle brother Army, first cousin Air Force, other first cousin Navy. Proud of everyone’s service.
lol!
Considering today’s world, I was never ‘prouder’ of my family - grandson (19) in particular — when his mother showed up driving his NEW Truck with ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ tags...Everything was great once I established he didn’t get them because the ‘rattlesnake was cool’.
The old ‘lawyer’ trick don’t ask questions if you aren’t sure of the answer, so I don’t mention too(occasional ‘swipe’ at the occupiers etc) much about politics around them and their crowd... Seems like I did a good job, both Daughters and their familys would be more likely to sport the DTOM tags than have the word ‘Democrat’ come up in a ‘good conversation’.
Now I can’t say the same for her MA born and bred mother. To think I ‘put up’ with that for 43 some years...
Ford was a better football player than president.
Yeah...what is up with that?
What is LCWNB?
Thank you in advance for your explanation.
Am I imagining things, or CBS just say that Obama became the president 13 years ago in 2001?
GO NAVY!
Army scores, YAHOO!!! B^)
For ‘brevity’ and niceties, lets just say
Last Class with no........
Didn’t notice my tag line didn’t take all the way.
Think Ensignettes, Boehner McConnell etal.
Am sure ‘they’ had them but wonder what the reaction would be if that ‘BNG Ens(Male)’ showed up at his first command with his ‘sports’ claim to fame was Cheerleader.....back in ‘My’ Navy.

quite proud of the fact that several of my ancestors from “John Proctor’s Battalion” out of Hannastown Westmoreland County Pa - among the first men to declare against the British and to march east to join Washington’ Army, carried the rattlesnake standard to battles in Trenton, Princeton and elsewhere in the east, and may have influenced its use as a navy standard

Can’t think of the last time Army looked this good.
Awesome, thanks!
Damn...that would make a LOT more sense If I had said
LCWB........
Can’t blame autocorrect or ‘fat fingers’ for that faux pas
“Hail Mary full of grace
Spare us from another disgrace”
Army came to play; my Navy team’s been sleepwalking.
