Bad test. The reality is that the sexes are about equal in intelligence. But here's the difference: on a bell curve, most women will bunched towards the middle. You won't find a lot of dullards or a lot of geniuses. Men, however, are spread out on the curve. You will find very stupid men and most of your geniuses.
That means if you walk into a large room with one hundred people in it, fifty men and fifty women, the dumbest persons will likely be males, but the smartest will probably be males as well.
