I will admit it here and now, the seeing one of those giant furry spiders one twitching leg away from crawling up my arm or down the leg of my pants would frighten the hell out of me, and cause me to completely embarrass myself. If I stayed in such a city for months or maybe years, eventually, I would develop a sight tolerance for them. For some of them anyway. If they touch me, they’re going to be shaken off and promptly smashed with the biggest brick around if I can do it.

If I saw one on me, the first thing is a blood curdling scream. Then shaking it off.

Then looking for it to kill it.
