At 3AM boy did the heavens open up..such torrential rain I have never heard in my life..and we lost power 3 times in the middle of the night. My cell phone is always turned off at night but my sister and her hubby kept on getting text alerts which scared them that said “There is a flash flood warning for Los Angeles County” so they couldn’t sleep..now we dont have phone service so my Mom is calling AT&T to see what gives
