I can go two ways on this … from the Bible.
The FIRST is obvious:

" … For the invisible things of him
from the creation of the world
are clearly seen,
being understood by the things that are made,
even his eternal power and Godhead;
so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God,
they glorified him not as God,
neither were thankful;
but became VAIN in their imaginations,
and their foolish heart was darkened.
PROFESSING THEMSELVES TO BE wise,
THEY BECAME FOOLS … "

Then again, I could point to the SECOND and say
that they are searching for HOW God CREATED LIFE where there was NO LIFE (But I seriously doubt that they believe in God) :

" … Behold, the people is one,
and they have all one language;
and THIS they BEGIN to do:
and now NOTHING will be restrained FROM them,
which they have IMAGINED TO
DO … "

I'm pretty sure the FIRST is more applicable than the SECOND.
