You missed the entire meaning of my first post on this topic.
And I did not use my earlier reply to you to clear it up.
So here goes:
The GOPe, including boner and McConnel, sold themselves on the idea that they would stop the crazy debt spiral, obummer care and amnesty.
The last two affecting almost every citizen personally and right now....not some maybe threat in the distance as they percieve the debt to be.
The majority of voters, and all conservatives, are really up in arms over bummer care and amnesty.
THEREFORE:
There are pleasurable things about winning and the greater the margin of victory, the greater the pleasure.
However, there are also great risks in winning and likewise, the greater the margin the greater the risk.
And that is because you now must deliver on your promises or die trying.
Boner’s actions over the last two weeks demonstrate that he ran on a lie, a lie as big as bummer’s bummercare lie.
And cowards do not die trying.
Nothing turns a true conservative off as quick as a proven liar.
True conservatives will turn their backs on both the dims and the repubs in some manner. It may be by way of a third party or it may be nothing more than staying home.
Now you can argue that it is better to vote for boner than a dim and you might even be right, but the real world is that it matters not what you think.
The 2012 election is a lesson for all to learn, that at some point voters give up and say the hell with it.
So I repeat: Boner will either live up to his promises or he will destroy the voter’s confidence in the GOPe with the end result that the GOPe will be replaced by either a third party or Hillary.
2012 makes that clear.
I’m starting to get what you’re saying. Thanks for taking the time to explain.
