That may be so. I always thought that ‘word of mouth’ was important. If someone likes your business, they will tell a few people; if they hate your business, they will tell everyone they know.
It would be interesting to see a follow up in a few months, to see if your prediction comes true.

That menu sounded absolutely dee-licious! It was difficult to keep my mind on the stupid professor. Yes, the manager should have thrown a wad of dollars at this creep from the beginning, but with a request/condition that he take his ‘business’ elsewhere.
