I suspect the reason why you cannot obtain the permits for CCW is the officer in chagre is detecting some mental instability in your demeanor.
Therein lies a major problem in Odumbo’s administration—the redefinition of mental disease (or the like) and then the ability to use that definition to detect some form of that mental disease in an otherwise law-abiding civilian, in order to take his gun rights away. When you have lefty Police Chief’s like that, it is a major, major problem.

But for the ten years or so I have been on Free Republic, and we have tangled, I have never, ever seen you add anything constructive to a discussion.
All you do it call names, and make profound statements.
Since you are a one trick pony, I would hope you would take some time, sit back and read some threads and see how a conversation takes place. If you deal with your personal life the way you do in your online life, you must be pretty damned lonely at the end of the bar.
