This amounts to nothing until the Bosnians start capping these individuals. It doesn’t have to be a grandiose event, just a hunting trip. Find a group of toughs and kill them.
Importantly, the Bosnians will likely realize that there are many blacks who are not combatants, and leave them alone. But violent creeps looking for a fight are fair game.

I read that as “Crips” instead of creeps! But years ago I said that some day it will be open season on gang members - and the colors will make ID easy. I was hoping that it would come from the black adults in those communities that are losing their children to the gangs. But Bosnians will work too.
