The principles of American jurisprudence are not confined to a courtroom. To say it is, is idiotic. Doesn't the concept of probably cause find its way into police procedure, and our expectation of civii liberty (both of which manifest themselves outside of a courtroom)?
Slick Willy, O.J., and Uncle Ted have nothing to do with Mr. Cosby and the allegations lodged against him. I didn't bring up the Duke Lacross or the current UVA case. Nor did I didn't bring up my history of being falsely accused of sexual assault.
Why? It's irrelevant. that's why.
Bill Clinton, O.J. Simpson, Ted Kennedy, Duke Lacrosse or the current UVA case, Ferguson, cigarette man in NYC?
This is a discussion forum, not a courtroom.
