I thought “Elysium” was all right, but I was desperate the day I watched it, so my judgment may have been clouded.
I liked it alright enough, mainly because Neil Bouwkamp is really good at creating believable sci-fi worlds, and the mercenary Kruger villain was awesome.
The rest of the obvious PC preaching plot could not have been more obvious though.
