You are 2 years behind the times. Many are fired daily for smoking. Just one examle is all employees of the University System in Georgia are subject to being terminated if they are smokers. Many more examples nation wide, with more to come with tighter implementation of 0bamacare, as the gov’t gets more involved with everyone’s health choices.
