Unless the guy is in jail convicted of a crime....the NFL should let him play....Pete Rose is banned form baseball for life for betting on the game. He has never been tried or convicted for that. The Black Sox were acquitted and banned for life the very next day.
Alex Rodriguez was banned for a year for PEDs.
Many football players have been banned without criminal charges.
What we know Rice did is reprehensible. He may have a right to make a living, but not in an industry that brings with it public adulation.
