As mentioned in related threads concerning police brutality, please consider the following.

The states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect citizens from police brutality. So the federal government has no express constitutional protections to apply to the states via the 14th Amendment to protect citizens from police brutality, such brutality alleged in the Ferguson issue.

The corrupt feds and corrupt media are arguing police brutality concerning Ferguson to help federal Democrats win support from low-information voters imo, voters who have never been taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers.

OK.

Instead of brutality, the police should practice ‘love’ or ‘friendliness’ or ‘comfort’, right?

Hugs and kisses and consummation.
