This is complete and utter BS. If you interfere while a police officer is making a stop, you will be arrested for interfering with a police officer.
First and foremost, police officers have to have control of a situation and anyone not part of the stop sticking their nose in will be ordered to get back. If you do not obey, you will be arrested.
Why?
Besides if you are all concerned about black lives then why don't go to the hood and engage those just 'keepin' it real'? You know, get them to quit doing all that killin and raping and general thuggery?
