I get harassing phone calls from a lot of bogus "bill collectors" and I always ask "What's your home phone number?"...you have mine, what's yours?

Same for home address..."You have mine...what's yours?". Also, what's your SS Number? You have mine, what's yours?

A lot of those calls stop.

I recently cut to the chase with these assholes. I tell them that I am a security consultant, I have their IP address and location, and I am going to hunt them down and castrate them.

A lot of those calls have ceased.

I always thought this is a good response to anonymous A-holes on the phone. You might might try to modify it slightly because of the I'll kill you part.
