If they had no plans for getting out prior to this week, I'm guessing that perspective has changed somewhat by now.
Having said that however, I'm still of the opinion that water cannon and live ammo needs to be deployed and used asap for people in the affected areas to have any chance of a return to what passes for normalcy sometime before Christmas.

Bizarre. Here, the link starts off with the on scene video and audio from the scanner, but after a few minutes has the “Cops” (TV show) theme music added (overlaid over the scanner audio.) If I click as if to back up a bit, the music goes away, but returns after a minute or so.
Anyone else experience this?
