funny thing is, I have another very nice house 80 miles away in a relatively crime free rural setting. If I moved back there, I would have to give up a lot-job, woman, etc. We were over at the local shopping complex (a block away) a few nights ago and, as ususal, a POS junkie came up to us with the ususal BS hard luck story looking for money to buy heroin or meth or whatever. Before he even finished, I told him no and not to come any closer to us. He started swearing loudly at us with his hands hidden under his jacket. I had my hand on my Glock 29. Never a dull moment.
Are you saying your woman wants to live there? I can think of a lot of things rather than living in that awful neighborhood. How about selling both of your houses and finding another neighborhood closer to your job? I’d be looking today.
