I have seen worse problems but hearing reports that hundreds of people shutting down I44 and also hearing black owned business that burned down without the help of fire department, owners survived by escaping to walk-in freezer, so your right - no rioting here.
Currently, local news reports have at least 6 businesses either burning or totally burned down, one was one that burned last August but had recently been rebuilt, now gone again.
I’ve been to a few places in my travels, in particularly bad inner cities (Chicago included), where I’ve heard shots fired (although not admittedly in the numbers going on tonight in Ferguson), but right now the bulk of the violence in Ferguson, IMO, is a direct result of “professional antagonists” who are not being directly confronted by the “government forces” who are tasked with providing for our safety.
Keep your head down and stay safe, and hope that the situation doesn’t deteriorate.
