Aw shoot, just tip the front seats back into the recline position. They’re about as comfortable as a recliner at home in most any modern car.

Yup, and it is a lot easier to get out of the car when you have to pee at 2 am

The car doesn't even need to be all that modern. My 93 Mercury Tracer's front seats recline to almost horizontal. It's reasonably comfortable to nap in it for a few hours, but not so comfortable for a full night's sleep.
