God’s Grace is a constant.
If you recall, I think it is in Act 2, where they state that if it were not for Divine Intervention in the end times, no one would survive.
The reason that the great unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is that it is the Holy Spirit that God sends to us to forgive our sins. To reject the Holy Spirit is to reject God and thus forgiveness is not possible. (This is why satan’s minions are afraid of the Light that shines from God as it is the Light of the Holy Spirit.)
In the turmoil of the end times (which I prefer to call the times of new beginning) the Holy Spirit will pour out upon all man who will accept it. That is why the things which Peter describe by quoting the Prophet Joel in Acts 2 will happen. We are right now in the Spring Time of soul growth and the Holy Spirit presence is stronger than ever, and getting stronger. It would not be “Heaven on Earth” if we did not have the increased presence of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:
“17 And it shall be in the last days, saith God, I will pour forth of my Spirit upon all flesh: And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, And your young men shall see visions, And your old men shall dream dreams:
18 Yea and on my servants and on my handmaidens in those days Will I pour forth of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy.
19 And I will show wonders in the heaven above, And signs on the earth beneath; Blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke:
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the day of the Lord come, That great and notable day.
21 And it shall be, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
