First of all he will have to do the EO in order to do something about it.
Then I DO expect them to use any and every tactic to stop it up to, and including, impeachment. If EO is stop short of that, then whatever works. This includes action by the state governments, and includes action by us in the form of whatever form of protest we can muster.
We showed up massively when it came to Obamacare and it took all manner of crooked deals by Obama to pass that with the pressure we put on them. With a GOP majority, our pressure (and not this OMG they aren’t going to do anything crap) will keep them from going soft if we dont back down.
