Seems to me I read somewhere that the Armenians got overloaded with chores and such. They ventured out into Mongolia and managed to enslave the Turks. The Armenians dragged them back home to pick their fruit and make their beds. I can’t remember how that worked out for them.

It is not impossible given the currents in the Atlantic. Likely many different people “discovered” America over the last several millennia. Columbs, like the Wright brothers did not do something entirely new, He, like the Wright brothers, publicized it and attempted to capitalize on it. He did not just “discover” America,” he brought it to the attention of the rest of the world.
I don’t care who discovered what. I only care that our founding fathers created a great country.
