Prayers for you. I have a cousin who is 50 who has applied everywhere he could think. He either gets no reply or is told he is overqualified. He thinks the problem is ageism. I think they figure they can pay a younger, less accomplished person less. Seems many places no longer want to employ intelligent workers.
yep, no one wants to hire 45+ unless you are someone with uber skills.
