So why is he doing it now? When he/Dims held SuperMajorities, in both Houses of Congress, for his first two years? After he REPEATEDLY said he could not go above/around the law...The Constitution....to do such a thing!
His first step in his destruction process was to dismantle our superior healthcare system. Check.
Next, he had to proceed to lie and cover up his pathetic policies to insure record setting numbers became addicted to Uncle Sugar’s welfare $$.
The pokes in the eye of American businesses and people continued. Now, his handlers feel the time is ripe to initiate one of the final steps in their process.
It doesn’t appear that there’s anyone out there prepared to stop his path of destruction.

My best guess is that he didn't expect the Dems would get their a$$es handed to them so badly is the November elections. Most of the moonbat wishful thinking polls had the mid-terms pegged as so many "squeakers." They are still picking their jaws up off the floor in the wake of the landslide GOP victory. Now it is to be hoped that the GOP won't "bleep" things up.
