Life Lessons Learned

They say the passage of time will heal all wounds. But the greater the loss
the deeper the cut, and the more difficult the process to become whole again.

The pain may fade but scars serve as a reminder of our suffering, and make the bearer more resolved never to be wounded again.

So as time moves along we get lost in distractions, act out in frustration.
React with aggression, give in to anger. And all the while we plot and plan as we wait to grow stronger.

And before we know it the time passes. We are healed. Ready to begin anew. I have made peace with my demons. Life is now a blank canvas
waiting to become a new masterpiece.

True hope by definition is the ability to free your heart and again engage the world.
There is no doubt about the first steps we make in faith being the hardest ones to take.I believe God grants us love to quell the worst parts of our nature. It is a gift that should not be taken lightly or cavalierly.

To be entrusted with the heart of another demands great care and a firm resolve to be gentle and respectful. True love is selfless requiring openness, honesty and respect.
All these things must be earned by our actions. Failure to do so predestines the garden of the heart to wither and die. I want our relationship to flourish profusely full of fragrant and rare flowers and all the joy we receive over fill our lives and set an example to all
we come in contact with
