If you notice one thing about this article is that the name of the family and the perp are sanitized. No interviews with the family either.
This sanitized article is just like what we see here in the USA when the feral Amish or other minority goes on the rampage!

Dig around under your kitchen sink and you probably will find the ingredients to make a nice roof raising bomb. Google chemical explosives and you can locate instructions on the amounts required.
