Hummm, what was the stink about a year plus ago? Maybe I was confused and the issue was whether Congress Critters making 170k plus were still getting heavily subsidized while their constituents making similar money weren't?

Congress and their staffs get special subsidies, even though they are not generally eligible for subsidies, as I recall. . .
