No, they're not, but the red flags jump out so boldly and scream fraud at deafening levels. Simply, stupid. Senile?Does a senile person initiate and complete reverse mortgages? If one is cognizant enough to do that and not recognize the fraud, well, one gets the sh*tty end of the stick.
