Not exactly what I would call a mansion or an estate. 6300 sq feet and 8 bedrooms on 1/2 acre. It's a big house on a small lot.

I didn’t realize it was over 6000 square feet. That probably would qualify as a mansion but the lot is pretty average at least for a house that large.

Wow! That is a tiny lot. During the dotcom boom of the late ‘90s, people in the DC area and suburbs started building McMansions on their postage stamp-size lots or building additions to their homes that just ate up all the personal space between homes.
