My husband has worked all over the U.S. at various times - he would keep me laughing at different terms for tools or machinery - in the area of Minnesota and Wisconsin they call the small tractor type equipment a “skidster” - we call it a “bobcat”. Also everytime my husband would say “tower” they thought we was saying “tire” and he does NOT say it that way - but just his accent came across to them as “tire” same with “oil”, they thought he was saying “all”.

Tower/tire would be the same in Pgh, same with POWER, pahr.
