I’m just not that interested in conspiracy theories. I think it best that those who question Dr. Harle’s actions and statements get their questions addressed straight “from the horse’s mouth.” Anything that I might post would be challenged by folks such as yourself any way.

Loretta Fuddy’s brother has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the airplane engine manufacturer and the charter airline company.

In order to prove a tort claim for wrongful death, the cause of death will be adjudicated to the satisfaction of the Trier(s) of Fact {judge and/or jury}.

If Loretta Fuddy isn’t really dead or if the cause of death listed on the final autopsy report is questionable, the defendants’ attorneys are likely to introduce that theory at trial. I suspect Dr. Harle will be called to testify under oath.
