IIRC, FR had long ago proved the yellow/green thing is the bottom of her shoe. The black thing could be anything including her black pants billowing up.

No one is helping her. Those are her shoes and pants. She is lying on her back and pedaling her feet.
@Conscience of a Conservative, notice that the two chest cells for her life vest are pointed straight up in the air. She was not wearing the vest properly.
