Back when I was in HS, I had a boss that used to come in so effing drunk, his friends would prop him up in the cool room in a rolling shelf. He hurt himself on the slicer while drunk and he was loud and abusive to the employees and he had a habit of firing people on a whim. Anyone who complained was canned.
He was a union rep so nobody could touch him.
