I am speechless. If you the customer have to explain to the hired help what items they have, and what they are used for, I can see why this company is in trouble. It makes you wonder about the quality of hired help they have working there, and about what kind of training they give their hired help.

Right as rain. Try walking into an O’Reillys or Auto Zone and ask the 30 something or younger for a point file.
First you have to tell him what points are, then why would you need a file for them.
